CAMERA CRAZY by Buzz Poole and Christopher D. Salyers celebrates the history of toy and novelty cameras, explores how these items spurred international photography movements, and makes clear just how popular they remain these days.

The guys will talk about popular models like the Kodak Brownie, which made its debut in 1900 and brought home photography to the masses; the Holga, a fan favorite of fine artists; and more. November 19, 6pm - 8pm: The New York Public Library hosts CAMERA CRAZY as part of their Design and Style Series @ NYPL-

Buzz Poole and Christopher D. Salyer will be on a panel talking analog photography, along with Michelle Bates, Christopher Bonanos, Paul Kwiatkowski, Christian Polt, and John Putnam. Copies of the book with be sold and attendees are encouraged to bring their own favorite toy camera to show and tell.
